It’s a clinical symptomatology tool created by a naturopathic doctor that evaluates:

• Inflammation
• Digestion
• Stress load
• Nutrient deficiencies
• Metabolic function

It allows me to identify root imbalances without lab work and build a tailored plan.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. I create gym or home-based programs depending on your equipment, mobility and comfort level.
Many clients start at home and transition to the gym when ready.

How much time do I need each week?

On average:
• 3–4 workouts per week (30–50 minutes)
• A weekly habit focus
• Monthly coaching call

What if I’m extremely busy, travel often, or have kids?

Most clients in this program are working moms, business owners, healthcare workers or women with irregular schedules.

Do I need to track my macros?

We will track proteins, carbs and fats in a simple way.

Do you offer refunds or guarantees?

Because this is a customized coaching service, I do not offer refunds, but I do offer consistent coaching and adjustment until we find your perfect formula.

What happens after 16 weeks?

Most women continue into the next phase (Maintenance, Strength & Sculpting, or Hormone Deep-Dive), depending on their goals.
You’ll never be left without support.

Can I do this if I live outside Canada?
